A bulb is a device that generates visible light when electricity passes through it. It consists of a glass bulb filled with a gas, typically an inert gas such as argon or krypton, and an electric filament. The filament is heated by the current running through it and emits light. Different types of light bulbs are available depending on the desired application, including incandescent bulbs, halogen bulbs, fluorescent bulbs, LED bulbs, and more.
