Big Red Kettle Christmas Lights

The Sherman Woods Homeowners Association HOA in Port Huron has seen incredible success with their 2022 Red Kettle Christmas campaign, raising nearly $5,790 for the local Salvation Army. Residents volunteered their time to manage a Red Kettle drop-off during eight weekend evenings in December, allowing visitors to make donations while viewing the festive Christmas lights displays. The Sherman Woods Chorus and special visits from Santa Claus added to the seasonal cheer of this remarkable effort. Since 2016, these generous contributions have totaled an incredible $33,957 over the years – showcasing the immense giving spirit of this community!
